Weight Training

Weight training is what got me into fitness. I wanted to be stronger for sports and quickly fell in love with the results of building muscle. I help all my clients with this area as I believe it is critical for functional training and to set up a solid foundation for other areas in fitness.


Building muscle and working different muscle fibers can be achieved through body weight exercises and in fact is my favourite style of training. There is so much variety in workouts and routines and will always challenge you, it’s an addiction!


I always preach to my clients to explore yoga for flexibilty, stablization and core strengthening. I am a certified yoga instructor and believe yoga can be a method of meditation. The best part about yoga is once you have taken classes with me you can do it all on your own.

Group Bootcamps

Everyone loves a good bootcamp. I structure these classes to build a community that makes working out fun and social while still promising to kick your butt and make you sweat. Cardio is essential to fat loss and when coupled with my nutrition plans you can achieve whatever your goal is with me.
